Encuentro
April 27-28
Encuentro is a retreat just for Hispanic High School Students.  This is a diocesan retreat which means that teens from all over the diocese will be attending.  The goal of the retreat is to have a real encounter with Christ through prayer, and community.  For more information contact Cris Lopez.
Carnival
April 28
This is our second annual Carnival!  Our High School and Middle School teens will be leading numerous games and contests for our elementary students.  The Carnival will run from 11:30pm-12:30pm.  We could always us more adult volunteers to simply make sure all the children stay on site.
Confirmation Mass
May 1
Bishop DiLorenzo will be celebrating Confirmation mass at 7:00pm. St. Patrick, Lexington; St. John, Waynesboro; and St. Francis, Staunton will be joining us to celebrate Confirmation.  Please pray for our confirmands and the confirmands of the visiting churches as they prepare to receive the Holy Spirit!  There will be a reception held in Johnston Hall after mass.  All confirmands and sponsors should pick up their name tags in Johnston hall at 6:15pm.
 

Graduation Mass
May 26
If you are graduating from High School or College please attend either the 10:00am or 1:00pm mass to receive a special blessing.  Graduates are asked to wear their school colors.  Please submit photos and quotes for the programs by May 1st.  Photos can be emailed to Cris at clopez@bsccva.com.  There will be a reception held in the basement after each mass.

RENEW Camp
June 9-14
Middle School and High School teens are welcome to sign up for Renew Camp!  Click here to register.  Two years ago Blessed Sacrament was one of the founding parishes of this ecumenical camp.  The goal was to renew our Harrisonburg and the surrounding area through prayer, worship, service and community.  Since then the camp has grown exponentially from 99 students and 10 churches to 200 students and 17 churches.  This camp is possible because of the volunteers that participate.  If you are an adult please consider volunteering your time to serve as full-time chaperone or part time volunteer!

Vacation Bible School
June 24-28
Over the past 5 years we have been building and improving our VBS programs!  This is a great way for our teens to take leadership and share their faith with our younger children.  If you are in Middle School or High School please consider volunteering!
